About the Role
A&M Home Services is hiring an Office & Marketing Manager to help keep our Plymouth office running smoothly while supporting local marketing efforts.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable leading others, and able to balance office operations with hands-on marketing tasks. The right person will enjoy keeping people, projects, schedules, and details on track while also helping create simple marketing materials and support brand visibility in the local market.
This is an onsite position based in Plymouth, IN.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day office operations and help keep the team organized
Support scheduling, communication, reporting, and administrative follow-up
Help coordinate office workflow and hold team members accountable to timelines and priorities
Track expenses, invoices, marketing spend, and basic budget details
Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and updates for leadership
Create simple marketing collateral such as flyers, social media graphics, event materials, and customer-facing pieces
Post and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, and other local marketing channels
Support marketing campaigns, community events, promotions, and brand awareness efforts
Help make sure marketing materials, messaging, and customer communications are consistent and professional
Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Canva, and other office systems to stay organized and complete work accurately
What We're Looking For
Experience in office administration, office management, team coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfortable holding others accountable and helping a team stay on task
Experience tracking expenses, invoices, budgets, or marketing spend
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Experience creating basic marketing materials, social media posts, or digital graphics
Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful attitude
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Plymouth, IN
Preferred Experience
Previous office manager, administrative lead, marketing coordinator, or operations support experience
Experience supporting a home services, construction, roofing, remodeling, or trades business
Experience managing local marketing efforts, events, promotions, or social media content
