Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Manage school data systems (schedules, records, forms, applications, etc…)

·       Manage administrative calendars

·       Manage state and city databases (MetroCards, immunizations, MSA reports, etc)

·       Maintain school calendar of events

·       Front desk reception/phone calls

·       Enter and manage daily attendance of students and staff

·       Liaison to school business office on record keeping

·       Order and oversee building supplies

·       Manage copies and teacher materials
