Job Description




The person in this position will perform a variety of duties under the direction of the Administrative & Fiscal Assistant and be supervised by the Unit Coordinator. This person will provide reception and clerical support for 4H, FCS and ANR programs.






Required Qualifications




Strong communication skills, demonstrated organizational skills, experience in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; computer and software usage and experience; experience interacting effectively with a variety of people.






Preferred Qualifications




Knowledge of Extension programs. Previous experience with Extension.
