At Cubs AA, we owe our success to people and processes. The office assistant provides vital support for both, so we’re currently seeking someone exceptional for this role. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to the rest of the team. The ability to multitask, and meet changing deadlines is essential for the position. 

Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing of important documents and records.
  • Manage emails and incoming mail.
  • Clerical and administrative support
  • Provides office communications support by fielding calls.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Required Qualifications/Skills:
