Job Description

Southern Traditions Window Fashions is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both our clients and our team members. We have an immediate opening for an outgoing and organized Inside sales rep for our Charlotte location. This team member will be our Showroom Consultant while ensuring excellent customer experience for our new and existing clients. This position is heavily weighted towards being on the phone. You will play a key role in establishing strong customer relationships and contributing to the success of our sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calling all new leads and scheduling sales appointments
  • Fielding inbound calls
  • Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships with current clients and new prospects
  • Calling & following up on outstanding quotes
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems
  • Greet and assist showroom visitors with product selection
  • Showcase features and benefits of our window fashions product lines
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom and workspace
  • Help host customer events at our showroom
  • Perform administrative duties necessary to support the overall business
