Summary/Objective The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming communications, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. This role serves as a liaison between clients and the legal team while maintaining accurate document management and providing cross-departmental support.


Essential Functions.

1. Answer and manage calls through the ESI (Estech Systems, Inc.) phone system, including taking detailed messages and routing calls to the appropriate department or team member.

2. Serve as a liaison between clients and the legal team by accurately relaying messages and important updates.

3. Perform administrative tasks such as renaming documents, organizing files, and uploading documents into the case management system.

4. Maintain accuracy and consistency in document handling and file management.

5. Assist various departments with special projects as needed.

6. Provide general office support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

7. Communicate effectively with clients, including borrowers, in a professional and courteous manner.

8. Work independently while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

9. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other software systems; demonstrate the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
