Job Description

You're the first face people see and the first voice they hear. As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our main office — keeping operations humming so that the rest of our team can focus on what matters most: empowering youth and families.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the warm, welcoming presence at our front desk; greeting visitors and answering calls with care
  • Keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly- from supply orders to light cleaning to managing our cleaning company
  • Support our Development Director by processing donations, sending donor thank-you letters, and helping with events throughout the year
  • Assist our Finance Team with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, invoice filing, and expense tracking
  • Scan, file, and sort documents and mail (and tackle whatever else keeps the office running)

Who you are

  • A people-person who takes pride in making others feel welcome and supported
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. You don't let things fall through the cracks
  • A proactive self-starter who spots what needs to be done and just does it
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities with ease
  • Discreet and professional. You understand the importance of confidentiality (HIPAA/FERPA)
