We are a fast-growing medical group dedicated to improving the quality of post-acute care within skilled nursing facilities, adult communities, and assisted living facilities. By collaborating directly with senior facilities, our goal is to enhance patient care, increase satisfaction, and reduce hospitalizations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager / Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in both administrative leadership and patient care. The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, ensure efficient workflow, and provide high-quality clinical support to our providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and update medical histories.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service.

  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office communications.

  • Comply with office policies and procedures.

  • Handle ordering and inventory of medical and office supplies.

  • Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage lab specimen collection.

  • Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software (Microsoft   Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in Medical Assisting preferred.

  • Previous experience in medical office management or healthcare administration strongly desired.

  • Ability to work full-time.
