Keeps accurate and historical records of volunteer hours reporting monthly to Finance.
Maintains minutes and agenda based on McLeod Record Retention Policy.
Schedule appointment with potential volunteers.
Performs general clerical duties.
Coordinates and acknowledge volunteer events.
Maintain emergency plan for volunteers.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: 80 Hours Bi-weekly
Qualifications:
Five years of experience with secretarial work.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
