About the Department
Under general supervision, this position performs at full-performance level using multiple-step clerical tasks such as maintaining, processing and sorting file documents according to a predetermined classification criteria; reviews files for accuracy and completeness. Answers telephones, screens calls, takes messages and complaints; gives general information or specific information whenever possible. Must be able to operate general office equipment and type various documents. This position will collect, count and receipt incoming payments for deposit. Completes related work as required.
