We are seeking an Office Support Assistant who will provide coverage at reception desk and provide administrative assistance and clerical support as needed

What you'll do:

  • Answering calls and voicemails made to OCES
  • As appropriate, providing information to callers regarding the office status of staff to callers
  • Receiving and appropriately directing scheduled and walk-in guests
  • Taking appropriate action on any emergency/urgent calls regarding any OCES consumer or staff person
  • Assisting OCES departments with clerical/administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to handle multiple console lines in a professional manner
  • Ability to maintain an agreeable and helpful manner in handling calls
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 25 pounds at times
  • Must have personal computer with secured internet access at home
