As an Operations Agent at Blk Out Logistics, you’ll be the key connection between our carriers and valued customers. You’ll ensure seamless communication, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service by coordinating between departments, customers, and carriers. Your focus on accurate data and process management will keep our operations running smoothly from setup to execution.
Job Requirements
• 2+ years of freight dispatching or Cartage Operations experience preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to direct, lead, and motivate a team of drivers
• Must be a strong team player
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent work ethic and attendance
Work Schedule
• Monday - Friday
• Rotating Weekend on Call
