Operations Assistant Manager

Salary Range: $35,000-$41,600 + performance bonuses

As an Operations Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside senior leadership to drive daily operations, develop team members, and help create an exceptional experience for both guests and employees. What You'll Do:

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution (FOH and BOH)

• Lead and coach team members to deliver outstanding service and food quality

• Assist with training, onboarding, and development of new team members

• Help maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and efficiency

• Partner with leadership to improve systems, processes, and team performance

• Foster a positive, engaging, and productive work environment

• Support staffing, scheduling, and leadership development initiatives
