Position Summary: This position provides primary support to the Operations Director as well as day-to-day support and tasks as assigned for members of the Administrative Team.

Position Reports To: Operations Director
Hours: This position consists of a 40-hour work week. The basic work schedule is Sunday-Thursday, as well as attendance at services and special events as required.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Operations – Attend weekly Operations meetings, assist with ordering office furniture and facilities/maintenance supplies, assist with scheduling Central Services and Executive events on eSpace calendar.

General Office - Maintain office supplies for the team, distribute campus mail daily, assist with maintenance requests on office machines (copiers, printers, postage, etc.).

Business – Serve as a member of the counting team, scan and submit invoices to Ramp.

HR – Assist with onboarding of new church employees and School of Ministry residents, to include badges, shirts, office needs, office tour, copier and postage machine training, update Paycom with new employee information.

IT – Maintain employee details in Microsoft 365 & Ministry Platform, update Pastor-on-call list in RingCentral.

Safety – Assist with onboarding of new team members, to include, welcome letter, badge creation, and SOP booklet, maintain SendHub employee texting system, maintain team Lists in Ministry Platform and Excel, file and maintain incident reports, maintain and process drivers for Liberty, coordinate training events (eSpace calendaring and meal ordering/pick-up).

Facilities – Assist Facilities Director with streamlining work orders and coordinating with appropriate staff.
