Job Summary

We are seeking a

highly organized, dependable Operations Associate to support day-to-day

execution across our art gallery, podcast studio, and private event space.

This is a hands-on

role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and

takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You will work

closely with ownership and leadership to ensure professional presentation,

seamless events, and exceptional client experiences.





Key Responsibilities

Gallery Support


  • Assist with exhibition installs and

resets



  • Label artwork and maintain inventory
  • records
  • Track consignment agreements and sales
  • documentation
  • Help prepare for opening receptions and
  • artist event
  • Maintain clean, organized gallery
  • presentation

Podcast Studio

Support


  • Prepare studio before sessions
  • (lighting, seating, basic setup)
  • Greet guests and manage hospitality
  • Monitor session timing and turnover
  • Maintain studio organization and
  • equipment care
  • Assist with scheduling updates

(No advanced

audio engineering required — training provided.)


Event Execution

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Coordinate vendor arrivals
  • Manage guest flow and check-in
  • Ensure event space is reset post-event
  • Follow event checklist procedures


Administrative

Support

  • Maintain shared calendars
  • Update CRM with leads and bookings
  • Organize digital files and contracts
  • Track supplies and reorder when needed
  • Follow documented SOPs

Experience in

hospitality, events, retail, creative spaces, or customer service preferred.
