We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to support our growing physical therapy organization headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ. This role serves as a key administrative and coordination function within the Operations department, ensuring alignment and communication across leadership, project managers, and facilities teams.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by managing communications, tracking initiatives, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This position is well-suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of coordination across leadership, project managers, and facilities engineers to ensure alignment and timely communication
- Manage and track ongoing operational initiatives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated and executed
- Support cross-functional collaboration across departments including Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting, Billing, Clinical, and Marketing
- Assist in the planning and execution of new clinic openings, relocations, expansions, and facility-related projects
- Maintain and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and scalability within the Operations function
- Prepare materials, reports, and documentation to support leadership meetings and decision-making
- Monitor project progress and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure accountability and completion of deliverables
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or healthcare support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex coordination efforts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com); healthcare or EMR experience is a plus

Location Requirement
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bridgewater, NJ. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time for this role.
