Job Description

TheĀ OperationsĀ Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient branch and warehouse performance. This roleĀ manages order processing, inventory control,Ā logisticsĀ scheduling, and documentation activities toĀ maintainĀ smooth daily operations and superior customer service. TheĀ OperationsĀ Coordinator partners with internal departments—including Sales,Ā Purchasing, Repair Service and Operations—to ensure accuracy, compliance, andĀ timelyĀ completion of all operational tasks that supportĀ SouthernCarlson’sĀ commitment to service excellence and operational integrity.Ā Ā 

What You’ll Do

  • CoordinateĀ and manageĀ daily branch and warehouse operational activities, including order entry, invoicing, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
  • EnsureĀ all sales orders, purchase orders, and transfers are processed accurately andĀ in accordance withĀ company procedures.
  • Support inventory management through monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, andĀ assisting with cycle counts and product returns.
  • Support repair service invoicing, customerĀ satisfaction, tool repair completion.
  • Oversee and provide administrative support for operational documentation, including vendor invoices, credit requests, and internal audits.
  • Ensure adherence to SouthernCarlson’s policies, procedures,Ā trainings and safety standards at all times.
  • Perform other operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

What We’re Looking For

āœ” High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.

āœ” Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations,Ā logistics, customer service, or administrative support.Ā 

āœ” Experience within a distribution, construction supply, or industrial environment preferred.

āœ” Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
