Job Description
Target Business Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our print, marketing, and direct mail operations. This role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and providing actionable insights that improve efficiency and profitability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and production data
Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with production, sales, and management teams
Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
Automate reporting processes where possible
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in data analysis or operations analytics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SQL or database management
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
Experience with process improvement methodologies
