Operations Finance Manager

We're seeking an Operations Finance Manager to partner with our logistics, transportation, warehousing, and operations teams to uncover opportunities that improve profitability and drive smarter business decisions. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for supply chain operations.
  • Analyze transportation, warehousing, procurement, and logistics costs to identify opportunities for improved operating income.
  • Develop financial models and business cases that support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver KPI reporting, dashboards, variance analysis, and executive-level insights.
  • Partner closely with supply chain and operations leaders to challenge assumptions and improve business performance.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting processes, and financial systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and independently lead finance-related projects.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you'll be integrated into the logistics leadership team, producing actionable insights, and beginning to independently lead projects that improve financial and operational performance.

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Experience in FP&A, finance, or related financial leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or operations finance.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to learn, challenge the status quo, and drive results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
