Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all associates are trained in ALL warehouse processes. This includes confirming annual SOP compliance.
  • Have a working knowledge of specific client requirements.
  • Responsible for providing resolutions and decisions in the client’s best interest.
  • Oversee daily processes on the warehouse floor and communicate to staff any changes or adjustments in the process.
  • Responsible for executing annual compliance SOP review and retraining for any changes.
  • Assist supervisors on team solutions.
  • Flexibility in hours during high-volume periods.
  • Daily use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and providing guidance to coordinators.
  • Daily use of the Labor Management System (LMS) and keeping track of employee time, attendance, and performance.
  • Assist Supervisor in Operations Oversight including Safety Protocols / Processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Prior experience with a warehouse management system.
  • Strong level of experience troubleshooting, problem-solving and think analytically.
  • Strong soft skills related to communication, agility and collaboration.
