Home Roots Lawn & Landscape is looking for an Operations Manager to help lead our growing team and ensure our field operations run at a high level every day. This role is responsible for the outcome of our operations, including team performance, quality control, equipment readiness, crew accountability, and maintaining the standards our customers expect.
Description
What you'll do:
- Lead and support field crews
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding team members
- Hold employees accountable and address performance issues when necessary
- Manage equipment and fleet maintenance schedules
- Conduct site visits and oversee commercial properties
- Work closely with our Office Manager as part of the leadership team
- Obtain and maintain an Applicators license
