We are looking for an Operations Manager to support the Inbound function in our Distribution Facility in Newnan, Ga. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills. They will be able to work with and motivate their team to meet operational and financial goals in the logistics industry D&H is growing! The successful person will be able to drive operational performance at the site level, focusing on productivity, quality, and cost metrics. They will do this while maintaining the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations with established policies, practices, and procedures. Those same policies and procedures need to be reviewed from a continuous improvement lens – and the Inbound Manager should champion any improvements.
