What you'll do:
Own the master schedule: build it, maintain it, and edit it when call-outs happen
Be the first call when someone can't make it in; step in as an RBT to cover sessions when needed
Log attendance, monitor patterns, and flag issues to the Clinical Director before they become problems
Handle day-to-day staff questions and concerns; escalate anything that needs formal HR involvement
Keep the clinic running: supplies, communications, family scheduling questions, session note deadlines
Some RBT hours that tapers as clinic census grows
What we're looking for:
Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
2+ years of experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting
Experience coordinating schedules, managing logistics, or leading a team -- even informally
Strong communicator with staff, families, and leadership
Comfortable with CentralReach
