Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field Required
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field Preferred
- 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience Required
- Prior experience in a project management department/office or consulting firm Preferred
- Supervisory/management experience Preferred
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology Preferred
- None Required
- Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
