We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Process Analyst. This role supports the DCM Order Management Excellence team by managing backlog remediation and process improvement activities. In this role, you will focus on operational analytics, cross-functional coordination, and process documentation while driving operational insights through comprehensive reporting and assisting in strategic roadmap initiatives.
We are looking for an Operations Process Analyst. This position can be based in Harleysville, PA; Atlanta, GA; Elk Grove Village, IL; or Johnson City, TN.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Owning and managing comprehensive backlog reporting to track outstanding items, priorities, and remediation progress across business operations
- Maintaining and enhancing process repositories and knowledge management systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation standards
- Providing strategic operational support across various Order Management functions, initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination efforts
- Supporting strategic road map implementation by providing analytical coordination, data-driven insights, and process improvement recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Collaborating on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and ongoing tool maintenance and optimization
- Participating in special reporting requests and providing analytical support as needed
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience in order management, process documentation, or reporting analytics with a strong understanding of back-office operations and workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Required travel less than 10%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in SAP, Salesforce, or similar Customer Relationship Management tools
- Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of document control guidelines and best practices

The pay range for this position is $65,660 - $112,560 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
