We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Food & Beverage:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility and F&B outlets
- Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock organization
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are maintained
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and storage areas
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionally
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with scheduling meetings, staff schedules, and calendar management
- Maintain operational records, reports, and spreadsheets
- Support payroll, invoicing, and purchasing processes as needed
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and general office software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
Schedule:
Open availability required. Must be available to work days and evenings, weekends (required), and holidays as needed. Flexible schedule based on operational demands.
