Position Expectations:
- Primarily serves the South Texas area, with travel to other ACA offices or client sites as needed
- Tracks all local ACA assignments to ensure timely updates and accurate representation
- Maintains regular communication with ACA field staff to support required client updates
- Conducts audits and inspection assignments in accordance with API, client, and ACA standards
- Dispatches inspection staff and reviews, corrects, and approves local field reports for client distribution
- Manages all local retained samples and coordinates with the Pasadena ACA office for disposal of outdated samples, including personally facilitating pick-up when needed
- Updates safety, training, and equipment verification logs as required
- Maintains ongoing contact with local facility operations and loss control personnel
- Oversees maintenance of all local equipment, including condition and calibration records
- Performs additional duties as assigned by ACA management
