Job Description
  • Oversee daily operations and adjust workflows to ensure smooth business processes and operational efficiency. 
  • Manage and lead staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to maintain high productivity. 
  • Implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and reporting to management. 
  • Coordinate resources and procurement, ensuring materials and supplies are available to meet operational demands. 
  • Develop and maintain operational systems, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control processes. 
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to achieve company-wide objectives and continuous improvement.
