Job Description

Valiant is looking for an Operations Support Cell Leader to join our team!

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises a team of 9 personnel in the JRTC Joint Operations Center that primarily supports P/EMC (Z01/Z03/Z05/Z06/JOC Battle CPT) and OPFOR.
  • provides assistance to G2, G3, G1/G4, and COG.  Responsible for the digital compilation of slides and the presentation for the daily EXCON/HICOM WG meeting.
  • Assists with testing and troubleshooting of the JRTC-IS System and the RCS Mod Low-side workstations.
  • Responsible for the training, scheduling and managing the level of effort for all Operations Support Cell personnel.  This includes having personnel trained on the following stations: OPFOR, DCNC, OSRVT, Instrumentation System, and CPOF.
  • Oversees and maintains visibility of all instrumented tracking regarding live and constructive entities during rotational exercises to assist in the live and constructive COP. 
  • Assist in scheduling and operation of the industrial shredding machine for post rotational security operations.
  • Supervises the preparation, recording, and production of all Instrumentation requirements for the COG during Battle Exercises utilizing the. 
  • Liaisons with Senior Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers on a daily basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
