Description
Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and online systems.
• Verify insurance benefits and process billing.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with eyewear selection and basic adjustments when needed.
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
• Support the optometrist
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a medical or optometry office preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
