What You'll Do

As a Outbound BDC Agent, you'll serve as an extension of our dealership partners, reaching out to customers and helping create meaningful engagement opportunities in both English and Spanish.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls, sending emails, and text messages to engage dealership customers
  • Communicating dealership products, services, and opportunities clearly and professionally
  • Scheduling appointments and creating customer engagement opportunities
  • Meeting daily engagement and call activity goals
  • Utilizing company-provided technology and CRM tools to manage customer interactions
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed notes for every customer conversation
  • Participating in ongoing training and coaching opportunities
  • Supporting quality assurance initiatives and maintaining communication standards
  • Collaborating with team members and leadership to deliver exceptional results

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service, call center, BDC, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred
  • Experience using online scheduling tools such as Xtime or Online Service Scheduler is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive and related applications
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
