Job Description

Are you an experienced healthcare sales professional looking for a meaningful opportunity in a growing specialty? Comed Respiratory and Medical is seeking a Full-Time Lymphedema Sales Representative to focus on lymphedema management products, including compression garments, pumps, and related DME.

This is a relationship-driven, field-based role where you'll work closely with referral sources and patients to expand access to high-quality lymphedema care.

Position Summary

Medical Sales Representative – Lymphedema & Compression Therapy

As a Lymphedema Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing awareness of lymphedema treatment options, and driving product utilization within your assigned territory. This role blends clinical understanding with consultative sales and requires strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in medical sales, healthcare marketing, or a related business field
  • Experience with lymphedema products, compression therapy, or DME preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong referral relationships
  • Willingness to learn and educate on lymphedema treatment pathways
  • Comfortable using social media and digital outreach to support business development
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a field-based environment

Work Environment & Responsibilities

  • Field-based marketing to referral sources, including:
    • Physical and Occupational Therapists
    • Lymphedema Therapists
    • Physicians (Primary Care, Vascular, Oncology, Surgical)
    • Case Managers and Discharge Planners
  • Includes patient interaction, education, equipment delivery, and setup as needed
  • Works closely with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
