Description
About Us
We are a window supply company based in Riverside, California, specializing in windows for tracked and production home builders. We have built strong relationships with top homebuilders in the region and are growing — which means we need driven, relationship-focused sales professionals to help us expand our builder network and deepen existing partnerships.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a business-to-business (B2B) field sales role with a dual focus: maintaining and growing our existing builder accounts, and — most importantly — identifying and bringing on new homebuilder relationships that are not yet doing business with us.
If you are a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, getting in front of decision-makers, and closing new business, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect, cold call, and visit new residential and production home builders to generate bid opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing builder accounts, staying ahead of upcoming projects and developments
• Meet with purchasing managers, project managers, and construction leads at job sites, model homes, and builder offices
• Work to get bids submitted and awarded on both new and existing projects
• Manage account activity, pipeline, and communications using internal platforms and CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate bids, timely follow-up, and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new builder developments in the region
Requirements
• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience, ideally in windows, doors, building materials, or residential construction
• Prior experience selling to or working with production/tract home builders is a strong plus
• Existing relationships or network within the homebuilder or developer community is highly valued
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business — not just manage existing accounts
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, in-person visits, and following up persistently
• Proficient with basic computer tools including email, CRM systems, and data entry
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule and territory
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
• Mileage reimbursement
