Job Description

We are a family-owned foodservice distribution company in New Orleans serving bakeries, donut shops, restaurants, and hospitality venues. Our business is built on long-term relationships, consistency, and service—not high-pressure sales.

We are seeking a professional Outside Sales Representative to take over and grow an established territory with active customers.

We are actively hiring a Sales Representative to promote our products, build client relationships, and achieve sales goals. This role is perfect for motivated self-starters with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with an established customer base, including: independent bakeries and donut shops, restaurants, casinos, and hospitaltiy venues.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure strong customer engagement and service
  • Maintain high customer retention though consistent communication and reliability
  • Identify and execute opportunities to grow existing accounts through expanded products and offerings and introduction of specialty and imported items.
  • Develope and manage a structured territory schedule
  • Coordinate with internal operations to ensure accurate ordering and delivery
  • Track customer activity, opportunities, and account performance

Requirements
