Job Description

The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, field-based role focused on growing our business-to-business sales. You’ll spend your days out in your territory, meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that make their operations smoother and more professional. This role combines prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling with the opportunity to grow a book of business you can be proud of.



 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS




  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new customers.

  • Research and understand prospects’ businesses to support sales calls, product presentations, and proposals.

  • Listen to prospective customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions through proposals, negotiations, and contracts.

  • Schedule and complete weekly prospecting activities, including cold calls and tele-prospecting with key decision makers.

  • Educate customers on how our products and services can help them save money, run more smoothly, and look more professional.

  • Consistently achieve annual sales goals and weekly revenue targets.

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for each customer.

  • Partner with our service team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.

  • Work with the marketing team to expand brand presence through campaigns and materials.

  • Generate new leads through cold-calling, networking, and territory research.

  • Keep detailed records of sales activities—including visits, calls, orders, and customer concerns—using our CRM system.
