Job Description

Weezevent is the French leader in online ticketing and the European leader in cashless payments. Weezevent is looking for a Client Success Manager, fully proficient in Dutch and English (M/F) based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Tasks

At Weezevent, you’ll work in collaboration with event organizers to create flawless experiences. You’ll own projects from the first introductory steps to post-event review, ensuring that your clients succeed and their attendees enjoy every moment.

Your role:

  • Lead projects end-to-end as the main contact for event organizers.
  • Deploy, configure and manage Weezevent’s suite including (but not limited to) ticketing, access, and cashless systems
  • Plan, coordinate and manage on-site operations, ensuring team leadership to provide reliable and efficient delivery.
  • Take responsibility for a diverse and demanding client portfolio, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Be accountable for the financial management of your scope, including post-event reporting and reviews, client follow-up, as well as advising on improvements and negotiating commercial and operational conditions for future events.
