Now Hiring: PA Regional Director of Clinical Services

Full Time | $125,000 - $150,000 | Travel Required

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional PA Regional Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations in the Pittsburgh, PA area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, driving clinical excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration between two skilled nursing facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive growth, improve patient satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical staff, operations, and marketing, to achieve organizational goals

  • Conduct site visits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Eminent Care Group's standards

  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to address gaps

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial performance

  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement among team members

Requirements:

  • Active PA or Multi State RN license required

  • Prior experience as a Director of Nursing required

  • Prior experience as a Regional Director of Clinical Services required

  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process

  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations in state of PA

  • Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes

  • Ability to travel regularly

  • Proven track record of success in clinical leadership, operations, or management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable plans

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, patients, and stakeholders
