Job Description
Care Guide Partners PACE is a part of Hosparus Health. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, we work to empower people 55 and older with the support they need to stay in the homes they know and love as they age. PACE helps seniors who need nursing home-level care maintain their independence by providing all the medical care and support services they need to continue living comfortably and safely at home.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst reviews, oversees, and analyzes all aspects of the PACE program financial and health plan functions. This position works in tandem with the Corporate Finance Team to provide accurate reporting, financial statements, and variance review.

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis, with healthcare or health plan experience preferred.
  • Must possess a service excellence orientation with the ability to work well under pressure and established timelines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and analytical skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
  • Intermediate MS Office proficiency, with advanced MS Excel skills required.
