⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements

Required Skill and Experience
- Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management – driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.
- The candidate should have the ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. Candidate should have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.
- Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Demonstrate understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and support existing functionality and integrations with other systems and effectively.
- Consultative approach for upgrades and best practice recommendations.
- Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents, and service requests resolution as well as problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.
