Woodstock Elementary School is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our school community on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:30-3:30. This part-time position provides essential administrative support to the school office and serves as a primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will help ensure the efficient operation of the school office while fostering a welcoming and professional environment for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, families, staff, and visitors.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain student attendance and other school records.
- Assist with student record management.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and school events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office communications.
- Assist with other clerical functions as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and personnel information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.
