Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain the reception area
- Various tasks as assigned by dealership management
- Generate Carfax reports for pre-sale due diligence
