Part-Time Customer Care Representative & Office Assistant
 
Swing Kingdom is the original builder of Amish Vinyl playsets! As a family-owned manufacturer, we take pride in designing and building high-quality, affordable playsets that children of all ages can enjoy.
 
We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Care Representative & Office Assistant to join our team! Come build something awesome with us!
 
 The Customer Care Representative & Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions, along with the timely completion of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, orders, scheduling, and follow-up best practices.
 
What You'll Contribute: 
  • Customer Point of Sale entry (walk-ins and online).   Work with other departments for fast fulfillment and entry.
  • Effectively answer customer phone calls and assist with the directing of callers to the appropriate departments in a professional manner. 
  • Answer customer inquiries related to their orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use Service Titan to respond to inbound chats.
  • Assist with walk-in customers and vendors.
  • Assist with shipping of customer "thank-you" gifts. 
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Assist with outbound communications, including but not limited to scheduling, travel details, dealer notes etc.
  • Assist with warranty claims, verification and resolution
  • Assist with a variety of office related tasks
  • Other job-related projects as assigned. 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
 
What You'll Bring to the Team: 
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • High degree of reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience in a variety of computer-based programs including CRM and Office365 software
