Are you a creative, organized marketer who enjoys writing content, managing social media, and helping brands grow online? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our portfolio of automotive, retail, and hospitality brands through social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, and marketing coordination.
What You'll Do
Social Media Management
- Manage two assigned portfolio brands as the primary content creator and social media coordinator.
- Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy for daily and weekly social media posts.
- Create and maintain content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
Google Business Profile Management
- Own Google Business Profile content for assigned brands.
- Keep business information accurate and up to date.
- Upload photos, post updates, and promote events and special offers.
- Monitor local search performance, including website clicks, calls, and direction requests.
- Support efforts to improve local search visibility.
Marketing Coordination & Support
- Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Assist with seasonal promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing asset rollouts and ensure campaigns are launch-ready.
- Provide administrative support to help the marketing team stay organized and meet deadlines across 12 portfolio brands.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Interest in local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
