Leadership Programs & Event Coordination
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of leadership development programs, including workshops, academies, and regional initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
- Assist in the development of program agendas, content, and speaker coordination.
- Provide on-site and virtual event support to ensure seamless delivery and participant engagement.
Strategic Planning & Program Support
- Support the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives for communities and partner organizations.
- Assist with research, facilitation materials, and documentation related to planning efforts.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes across multiple initiatives.
Professional Development Programming
- Assist in the design and delivery of professional development opportunities, including workshops, training sessions, and virtual learning events.
- Support development of program materials, presentations, and participant resources.
Economic & Community Impact Support
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to economic and community development initiatives.
- Support preparation of impact reports, presentations, and grant-related documentation.
- Assist with coordination of communications, including email updates, program announcements, and participant engagement efforts.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Delta Center’s mission and programs.
