What You'll Do as a Part-Time Nurse Supervisor
- Conduct initial client assessments and ongoing follow-up visits to evaluate care needs, monitor client well-being, and ensure services remain aligned with care goals.
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on client needs, changing conditions, and feedback from clients and their families.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to caregivers, helping ensure safe, effective, and compliant care delivery.
- Train caregivers on client-specific care needs, safety procedures, dementia care techniques, and home care best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and community partners to support exceptional care experiences.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessments, care records, and required compliance paperwork.
- Respond to client, family, and caregiver concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
- Coach caregivers through performance evaluations, onboarding, ongoing education, and corrective action when needed to support their success.

- Computer Savvy: Comfortably navigates Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive, to maintain documentation and communicate effectively.
- Physically Capable: Able to walk, bend, stand, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds while conducting client visits and supporting care needs.
- Values-Driven Team Member: Demonstrates ownership, teamwork, kindness, and a commitment to continuous improvement while contributing to a positive care experience for clients and coworkers.
