Job Title: Part-Time Automotive Receptionist

Location: Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus 
Job Type: Part-Time 

About Us:
We are a busy and customer-focused automotive dealership dedicated to providing high-quality service and a welcoming experience for every customer. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them upon arrival
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Interest in or familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus

Schedule:

  • Flexible part-time hours (evenings and some weekends)
