ABOUT MILLWOOD GOLF & RV RESORT

Nestled in the beautiful piney woods of Southwest Arkansas on the shores of Lake Millwood, our resort is a premier destination for RV enthusiasts, golfers, anglers, and outdoor adventurers. We offer beautifully wooded RV sites, cozy Airbnb cabins, a championship golf course, a sparkling pool, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

We are seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Resort Site Assistant to help support daily operations and provide coverage during the Site Manager's scheduled time off. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining a beautiful property, and enjoys a flexible, outdoor-oriented work environment.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest Services & Operations

  • Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a positive experience
  • Help monitor daily operations of the RV park and cabins
  • Address guest concerns and communicate issues to management as needed
  • Enforce resort rules, policies, and safety standards



Property Support

  • Perform routine property walkthroughs and inspections
  • Report maintenance needs and safety concerns
  • Assist with light maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping tasks as needed
  • Help ensure common areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming



Administrative Support

  • Assist with reservations and basic record keeping
  • Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and support office operations
  • Utilize reservation and property management software



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, campground, RV park, or property management experience is a plus
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Basic computer skills, including email and reservation systems
  • Light maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to walk the property and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds



SCHEDULE

  • Part-time position
  • Primarily responsible for providing coverage during the Site Manager's scheduled time off and assisting during busy periods
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required

  • Hourly pay based on experience
