Description
What You’ll Do:
✔ Engage potential customers through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
✔ Educate customers on our concrete floor coating systems, including epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane solutions.
✔ Highlight our eco-friendly and low-VOC coating options, helping customers make informed decisions.
✔ Conduct on-site or virtual estimates based on customer needs and project requirements.
✔ Close sales and manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service from inquiry to installation.
✔ Stay knowledgeable on industry trends, product advancements, and installation techniques to provide expert recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Sales experience required – Preferably in construction, coatings, flooring, or home improvement.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills – You know how to close deals and build relationships.
✔ Strong understanding of coatings, flooring, or surface treatments (or willingness to learn).
✔ Self-motivated & goal-oriented – You take initiative and thrive on earning commissions.
✔ Professional & reliable – You represent Iron North Coatings with integrity and confidence.
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Required for meeting customers in person.
✔ Ability to pass a background check – Required prior to employment.
