SUMMARY

Performs various accounting tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Process accounting data including scanning, auditing, and inputting accounts payables, receivables, cash, P.O. receipts for incoming materials
  • Type miscellaneous correspondence
  • Maintain personnel files 
  • Answer telephones and support staff in their activities
  • Daily office scale ticketing and process of customer sales

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of office experience required
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
  • Problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
