Assist internal technicians and external customers at the parts counter and by phone
Identify, locate, and sell automotive parts using electronic parts catalogs
Accurately price parts, prepare invoices, and process payments
Maintain and organize parts inventory and storage areas
Order parts from vendors and manufacturers as needed
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
Coordinate parts availability with service advisors and technicians
Handle parts returns, warranties, and core returns
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels
Follow dealership policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in automotive parts, service, or dealership environment preferred
Familiarity with automotive parts catalogs and dealership management systems (DMS)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
